Why is there a £50 minimum order?
A. thephonefinder.co.uk is a wholesale mobile phone accessories website. Retail customers should see our sister website www.formymobile.co.uk.

Do I need to register with you in order to purchase?
A. There's no need to register. Anybody can order, as long as the order amount is £50 or above.

Can I order from your site in the evening/weekend?
A. Yes, the site is open for orders 24/7. Our ordering system is
completely automated so orders can be made at any time.

A. Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT. The price you see is
the price you pay.
Q. I
have added an item to my basket that I no longer want. How can I remove it?
A. At the top of every
page there is a 'Your basket' link. Click on that and you have the option of
cancelling your order or removing items you no longer wish to purchase.
Q. How do I pay for items in my
basket?
A. At the top of every
page there is a 'Your basket' link. Click on that and details of how to pay for
your order will appear on the page.
Q. How can I be sure that my
credit/debit card details are safe when making a purchase?
A. We ‘secure’
128-bit (high security) connections when accepting your card details online.
This means no-one can see your credit/debit card details. Our web server uses
Protx to process your payment, a leading independent third party organisation.
At no point are your credit card details sent over an unsecured connection. You can tell when a
connection is secure as a padlock will appear in the bottom right area of your
window. The start of the URL will also display https (the 's' standing for
secure) as opposed to http which is displayed on standard pages where no
confidential information is being entered.

Are your products guaranteed/what is the warranty period?
A. Your purchases are covered for 6 months from the date of receipt (+
any manufacturer's warranty).

& Paypal (www.paypal.com). We can also accept cheques, postal orders
& cash. Please note, we don't take payments over the phone.

paying by Nochex or Paypal, select the
relevant option when you checkout.
If paying by Cheque, Postal Order or Cash (Sterling payments only
please), select the relevant option when you checkout. Payments should be made payable to Phonefinder Ltd and sent
along with a copy of your sales invoice (you'll receive this after placing your
