What is drop
shipping?
Drop shipping is a type of retailing where the retailer (you) do not keep goods
in stock. The retailer (you) adds mobile phone accessories to their desired
website. A customer comes to the website and orders what they require. You pass
the customer's order and shipment details to the wholesaler (us), who then
dispatches the goods to the customer direct. The retailer (you), having taken payment from their customer, makes their
profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.
How do I use your drop
shipping service?
First you need to purchase a £50 dropshipping credit from us
here.
Then you list our products on your website so your customers can purchase them
from you. Our drop shipping stock list can be downloaded
here. It details the available products,
prices (the prices that goods are sold to you), links to the product descriptions, images etc.
When you have sold an item, fill out the order form then email it to
sales@thephonefinder.co.uk. If
you have your own sales receipt which you'd like shipping to your customer with
orders, please email this at the same time. We will email back to confirm we
have received your order.
We'll keep a record of your orders in a spreadsheet which will be updated and emailed to you after each order is shipped. Once you have used all of your £50 credit, you simply purchase more credit.

Drop shipping FAQ's
Q. Will my customer
know that the item has been shipped by you rather than me/my website?
A. Orders will be shipped to your customer in plain packaging. No paperwork is
sent with the goods (unless you supply us with a sales receipt to include with
goods) so as far as the customer is concerned the order has come from you.
Q. What prices should I sell goods on my website at?
A. You can sell products for whatever price you like, although you may want to
reference our retail website, www.formymobile.co.uk for an idea of retail prices
Q. Who can use the drop shipping service?
A. Drop shipping is usually for people who sell goods from their own website,
sell on auction websites, or anywhere else you can think of! Shop owners can
also benefit from dropshipping. For example, your customer requires a mobile
phone accessory which you don't normally stock. You then tell your customer that
you can "order in" the item for them, you contact us, and we dropship the item
to you.
Q. When I order a product, how long before it is shipped to my customer?
A. Drop shipping orders are sent within 1-2 working days
Q. What if my customer wants to return an item?
A. If your customer wishes to return a product please ask them to send it to us
at the following address: Returns, 44 Abberton Way, Loughborough, LEICS, LE11
4NX. Please ensure they enclose a returns form. The value of any returned item
will be added to your dropshipping account as a credit. Please note all returns
should arrive back with us within 30 days
